Monica Francois Marcel is a GenX Founder, entrepreneur & baseball mom in Chicago, who is making room for what's next after stepping back from LCW, the small business she grew into a global DEI firm over 22 years. Monica spent the last two decades working with C-suite executives and senior leaders on six continents to help them build and sustain cultures of inclusion. Trained originally as a civil engineer, Monica's early career included urban planning and serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Latvia. "Stuff Mama Forgot to Tell You" is Monica's passion project dedicated to her mom Eileen, who taught her the power of women building community and sharing stories.
